About the Dirt Diva

The Dirt Diva is an ecological garden design and garden coaching service operated by Adrianne Picciano, who started in 2006 as a garden maintenance company. We are a small, specialized company based in the Upper Delaware River Valley and Western Catskills eco region. Our design approach is rooted in Permaculture, which is a practice of observing and understanding the local ecosystem so that any modifications to a landscape will create multiple benefits besides looking beautiful. Adrianne loves teaching landowners and gardeners how to become ecological stewards of their properties.
