The Dirt Diva is a gardening business serving the Sullivan County Catskills, owned by Adrianne Picciano. The Dirt Diva specializes in the creation and maintenance of vegetable,herb and flower gardens using organic methods. Adrianne grew up among backyard gardens and grapevines in the Italian-American enclave of Endicott,NY. In 2003,Adrianne moved to Sullivan County,NY to intern with small family farms,and in the course of two years acquired basic skills to grow food organically in the Catskills. This inspired the creation of a gardening business,which she began as The Dirt Diva in 2006.
